*Indoor & Outdoor space is limited and available
*Vending from 3pm-11pm on Saturday, April 10 ONLY
*Outdoor vendors may opt to breakdown after 7pm
*Vendors must supply all vending booth needs including changing rooms, mirrors, and outdoor vendors need to supply canopy
*Each company will receive one (1) event pass per booth

Tables & Chairs
The hotel has extended the use of tables and chairs for vendor use. These are the table sizes available. Please consider your booth size and design when determining if any of these table sizes will work.
6' feet x 18" inches
8' feet x 18" inches
6' feet x 30" inches
If you would like to request the use of hotel tables or chairs, please indicate that in the info field along with company name, contact and email address when purchasing your booth space, or send an email after your purchase to bbhr@pacbell.net
